1.1 mareequestrian.com is a website owned by MARE Equestrian Sweden AB. (can also be referred to as "MARE Equestrian", "MARE", "Us" or "We") and is registered as a company in Sweden with registration number 559422-2894.

1.3 To contact MARE Equestrian regarding the information contained in these terms and conditions (hereinafter “General Terms”) and other matters related to orders and purchases, please send an email to info@mareequestrian.com .

1.4 MARE's General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a customer (can also be referred to as "you" or "the customer") from MARE on the mareequestrian.com domain, all subdomains and mobile websites. By placing an order, you agree to follow MARE's General Terms and Conditions. Make sure that you have carefully read and understood the General Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

The customer and MARE can also be referred to as the "Parties".

1.5 MARE reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions that applies to your order is the version available on the Website at the time you place your order. The new version will not apply retroactively and the Parties will only be bound by the General Terms and Conditions that apply on the day your order is executed.

1.6 In our General Terms and Conditions, the following terms apply as described below:
a) “Website” means the domain and subdomains belonging to mareequestrian.com.
b) "You" means the customer completing an order
c) "Customer" means the individual who executes an order
d) “Working Day” means the day which is not (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a red day.
e) "Purchase" means the purchase of products carried out by the Customer on the Website
f) "Content" means all text, graphics, videos, images and all other information published on the Website.

g) "Third party websites" means other websites that do not count as MARE's domain.
h) "Contract" means the purchase you make of products in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions

2. Agreement and order

2.1 By completing a purchase on the Website, your order is subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2 To enter into a purchase agreement with us, you must be at least 16 years old. You must also not be under guardianship. You agree not to purchase our products for commercial, business or resale purposes.

2.3 The parties agree that the images of the products on the Website have no contractual value. That products are available on the Website at a certain specified time means or is not a guarantee that these products are always available. MARE reserves the right to stop selling a product at any time.

2.4 MARE reserves the right to refuse your purchase and/or block your account for legitimate reasons, for example we cannot process your payment, an item runs out of stock or if MARE suspects that you are making a purchase for commercial, business or resale purposes.

2.5 The website will show you step by step how to place your order and complete your purchase. A summary of your information will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout. We advise you to check all information carefully before completing your purchase as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made afterwards.

2.6 You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided once you have completed your purchase. A contract between Us and You for your purchase will be created once your order has left our warehouse.

2.7 Products are subject to availability. If a product runs out of stock from the time you place your order until it is sent to our warehouse, we have the right to cancel your purchase of the product as it is no longer available. If this is the case and it occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund using the same method as the payment was originally made.

2.8 If for any other reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you at the email address you provided. Should the payment have already been made and the funds withdrawn, a refund for the full amount will be made using the same method by which the payment was first made.

3. Prices & payment

3.1 The prices stated on the Website are inclusive of statutory value added tax, and excluding shipping costs. The cost of the delivery method is clearly displayed at checkout before a purchase is completed.

3.2 MARE reserves the right to change and update information without notice, including prices, details and information displayed on the Website, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

3.3 If incorrect information has been provided for the product you purchased, do not hesitate to contact our customer service according to the information above in point 1.3.

3.4 MARE offers various payment methods via Klarna. You can find the different payment options that apply in the checkout before completing your purchase. You can read more about Klarna's payment options here . We and Klarna have the right to choose which payment options we offer from time to time. When paying by card, the amount is deducted directly at the time of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.

3.5 All payments are subject to validation checks and approval by Klarna. If Klarna does not approve and refuses your payment, you will be informed via email or at checkout, and the order will be cancelled.

3.6 You will receive your receipt in the delivery confirmation sent to your email address. You are obliged to enter the correct e-mail address and to inform Us if your e-mail address changes.

3.7 Sometimes special offers and discounts are offered on the Website. The terms of use of these offers and discounts will be stated at the time of issue.

3.8 We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and discounts at any time, without notice.

4. Shipping & delivery

4.1 MARE does not charge a shipping cost in addition to the price of your product(s).

4.2 MARE aims to deliver your order within three to five working days from the time you receive your order confirmation. Please note that it may take longer if there is a sale, during other unexpected events or depending on product availability. If the expected delivery time exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

4.3 Klarna performs a pre-check on the card used to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you have purchased will not be sent until the money has been withdrawn and the transaction is completed if you choose Klarna Pay directly.

4.4 You will receive delivery information via email when your order has been sent from us with a tracking number where you can track your delivery. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your delivery confirmation from us.

4.5 You must enter correct and complete address information in your order as MARE cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. The customer is responsible for any delivery errors due to missing information or errors in the delivery address in the customer's order.

4.6 Our carriers will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Contact our customer service if you have not received your package within the promised delivery time.

4.7 Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

4.8 The risk and ownership of the products passes to the customer from the moment you receive the products from the carrier. If you have approved for the carrier to leave the products outside your door, this means that you are considered to have received the products.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

5.1 You can cancel or return your order from the day you place your order up to and including 30 days after receiving your ordered products. MARE accepts returns or cancellations on goods provided that the product is in its original condition, unwashed, unused and all tags are still attached to the product.

MARE provides you with a return label. You will be charged a return fee. Read more here .

If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, please notify our customer service in writing, and then return the order within 14 days of contacting us. A return slip must be attached in the event of a canceled purchase.

If you have received a faulty item, you must immediately notify MARE and return the item in accordance with this section. For goods that MARE deems to be faulty, we will issue a full refund. The provisions herein do not limit applicable statutory rights.

5.2 When you cancel your purchase within 30 days, we will, through Klarna, make your refund within 14 days from the day you notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund until we have received the product back.

5.3 Once We have processed your return, You will receive a refund confirmation to Your email address. Klarna will refund you the amount paid. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when you completed your purchase.

5.4 FAIR USE POLICY

We pride ourselves on being able to offer you superior customer service – but at the same time take violations and abuse of our returns policy very seriously.

When we deem it appropriate and necessary, we will investigate unusual patterns of behavior in return activities and implement the necessary measures at our disposal. If there is a reasonable suspicion that you have systematically used our return policy, we reserve the right to cancel your future orders.

7. Limitations of Obligations and Warranties

7.1 MARE does not guarantee that the Website will be continuously available.

7.2 All information and content on the Website should not be interpreted as MARE giving you advice of any kind.

7.3 You agree not to use any of our products for commercial, business or resale purposes. MARE assumes no responsibility for loss of revenue/profits, loss of contracts, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation.

8. Trademark

8.1 All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, names and logos displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks belonging to MARE. Prior approval from MARE is required for the use of trademarks, images or videos from the Website. It is therefore strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit or distribute any document, images or videos that come from the Website, in any way.

9. Colors & dimensions

9.1 MARE strives to show the characteristics of MARE's products, including composition and colors, in the most accurate way possible. However, the color you see on the Home page is dependent on the screen and the technical aid you use, MARE therefore cannot guarantee that your technical aid can visually reproduce colors correctly.

10. Complaints

10.1 We take all complaints very seriously and try to resolve disputes that arise as quickly as possible. Customers who wish to make a complaint are asked to contact our customer service immediately in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.


11. Privacy Policy

11.1 In connection with your placing an order with us, MARE will process your personal data. Please read more about how MARE processes personal data on our Privacy Policy, which is also included in our General Terms and Conditions.

12. Complaints and the seller's guarantee

12.1 You as a customer have the right to advertise a product within three years. The error should be reported as soon as possible after being discovered. Advertising an item within two months is considered within a reasonable time frame. You must be able to prove that the item was purchased from MARE and, in such case, please contact our customer service . In the event of an approved complaint, MARE is responsible for all costs.

Disputes must primarily be resolved by consensus after discussion with MARE's customer service. If the dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with MARE's customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (Allmänna reklamentationsnämnden), which you can find more information about at www.arn.se.

If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without court involvement.

12.2 Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled in accordance with point 12.2 above or in the last instance by a general court.
